Assessment of central quality policy.
Situation: The company (€ 80 million turnover) is a fusion of four companies, each of them having their own quality policy.
Task: Realizing a central quality policy.
Action: Stipulating the desired quality level after investigation of the state of the art at stakeholders such as clients and parent company. Implementation of quality systems such as BRC, ISO9001 and AIB. Introducing central procedures for specifications, declarations and complaint procedures.
Result: Obtaining the BRC A status, ISO 9001 and AIB scores >830 points (unannounced audits) for all activities and locations. Implementation of declarations, specifications and certificates in SAP. After 3 years all quality tasks which can be executed on the shopfloor are transferred the quality department to the operators.

Implementation of Quality Management in SAP
Situation: A global food company wants to roll out the Quality Management module to a group of newly acquired companies.
Task: As projectleader realizing the roll out within the set timepaths and with the allocated resources.
Action: Define projectplans, allocate resources and monitoring the progress.
Result: Results delivered according to projectplan.

Optimizing T&T systems.
Situation: A global food company has a goal to implement a more finely-meshed T&T system.
Task: As projectleader realizing this project within the set timepaths and with the allocated resources..
Action: Defining the projectplan, creating a design in collaboration with purchase, operations and quality departments,  allocate resources and monitoring the progress.
Result: Results delivered according to projectplan.
